Cancellation conditions
When booking, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the apartment price. You can then transfer this to our account within the next 2 weeks. After the amount has been received, the apartment will be definitely reserved for you.The remaining amount can be paid in cash in CHF or Twint upon arrival.(Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit cards.)
- Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before arrival. (We will give you the deposit you made send it back to your account. However, we do not assume the bank costs that result from this.)
- Cancellation 59 days before departure: 100% of the accommodation price will be invoiced.
- In the event of late arrival, no show or early departure, we charge 100% of the accommodation price.
